General Conditions
All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include 21% Czech VAT. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process.

Any modification on VAT number or address, requested after the issuing of the invoice, will result in an administrative fee of 50 EUR.

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration request.

Early Bird Fee: the prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration request AND payment are received by 30 June 2021 before midnight, Central European Time (GMT +1). After this date, the higher fee will automatically be applied.

Registrations will be acknowledged by email upon receipt of payment and a valid personal email address. Incomplete addresses or agency addresses will not be accepted and will result in the cancellation of the registration

PAYMENT OF FEES
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by:
1. Credit or Debit Card
For credit or debit card payments, please use the On-line Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.

2. Bank Transfer
The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be sent to your email address after submitting the on-line form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted until August 20, 2021. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the On-line Payment System.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Cancellation
Please be aware that no refunds will be processed in case of cancellation of a registration.

Name Changes
Please be aware that name changes are not possible. A new registration will need to be purchased.

If you are not able to attend the congress live, the recordings of the scientific sessions and industry symposia will be available on the platform for at least 3 months following the event.

Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.

DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT
The information collected during this registration process is necessary to provide you with an optimal user experience and networking opportunities during WCA 2021. Without this information, we will be unable to properly process your registration.

During WCA 2021 your online activity will be tracked and collected by WCA. This will be used for reporting and statistical purposes; to assist in enhancing your experience; to inform you about WCA activities in a coherent and adequate manner and provide you with personalised suggestions and recommendations of pertinent content for you to visit.

The recipients of the data are WCA Staff managing the registration process. The data collected will be kept for a maximum of 5 years after your last transaction or activity.

Additionally, please be aware that your profile information and details will be shared with the sponsor of the Industry Session or Exhibition you choose to view. When accessing an Industry Session or Exhibition, the following data will be shared with the corresponding industry: title, first name, family name, age, gender, country, city, email address, and profile information.

OFFICIAL AGENCY FOR THE AIFA SUBMISSIONS (PRERICHIESTA AIFA)
According to Italian legislation, any Marketing Authorisation Holder or pharmaceutical company responsible for the commercialisation of a drug, which organises or helps to organise, whether by direct or indirect funding in Italy or abroad, a congress, or a meeting on topics in any way related to the use of medicines, shall notify the competent Unit of the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA) at least 60 days before the date of the event to ensure that these adhere to strict technical criteria and aim to provide further knowledge in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, biochemistry, physiology, pathology and clinical medicine.

OIC srl has been appointed as the official agency for AIFA submission to support sponsors and exhibitors with these formalities. Pharmaceutical companies which require the authorisation from AIFA are advised to contact:
